WTF is up with this weather? Forecast has potential for rain each day but it's Texas, so as they say here - if you don't like the weather wait an hour. Today is Wednesday, and it was supposed to rain the past two days and there was very little, so hopefully that trend continues. Stages are covered, dress appropriately. LEVITATION shows are rain or shine, no refunds. We will pause shows in case of lighting and we will be monitoring for any dangerous conditions. Fingers crossed!

To pick up your wristband, bring your printed ticket or digital ticket (displayed from your phone) to:

The Levitation Lounge has DJ sets and free happy hours all weekend - come pre-game and hang before the shows! 

If you can’t make it to the Lounge to get your wristband, you can also pick it up here at the Stubb’s box office on Red River or at Far Out (Deluxe entrance is at Ralph Ablanedo door).

Bring a valid ID that matches the customer info on the ticket.

DELUXE NOTES

STUBBS - Deluxe 4 Day Pass holders can use the VIP entrance at Stubb’s for express entry.

FAR OUT - Deluxe 4 Day Pass holders can use the Ralph Ablanedo Drive VIP entrance (on the north side of the venue) for express entry.

Deluxe 4 Day Pass holders can pickup their complimentary poster at the poster show inside at Stubbs or in the poster tent at Far Out.

ENTRY FOR REGULAR TICKETS

To enter the show, bring your printed ticket or digital ticket (displayed from your smart phone) to the venue entry gate. Bring a valid ID that matches the customer info on the ticket.

PARKING AND GETTING AROUND

Special parking notes for Far Out and Concourse below. All of the other venues are downtown. You can find metered parking early, and paid parking throughout the weekend. We recommend using public transportation or ride share services like Uber or Lyft.

FAR OUT LOUNGE

SELF PARKING - Park in a large lot at the corner of Ralph Albanedo Dr and Peaceful Hill Ln. This lot is a 5 min walk from the venue, with space for more than 500 cars. Parking there is $7 per day.

VALET PARKING - You can also skip the walk and do valet parking from the venue entrance for $20 per day!

RIDESHARE - You can also use alternate forms of transportation - bus, bike, carpool, or take a rideshare. Rideshare pickup and drop off is at the North West corner of the venue off South Congress and Ralph Albanedo Dr.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT - you can take the 801 Rapid Bus from downtown to the area and there are three Park + Rides nearby: Southpark Meadows, South Congress and Westgate. Visit capmetro.org for more info on those and a trip planner to get you to APF from almost anywhere in the city.

WHEN AND WHERE IS LEVITATION?

OCT 26-29, 2023 - Austin, Texas.

For 2023, LEVITATION expands with the addition of two of Austin's newest independent venues: electronic music destination The Concourse Project, and South Austin’s outdoor, multi-stage event center The Far Out Lounge, where Austin Psych Fest was held in April.

These new locations are in addition to LEVITATION’s traditional Red River and East Side venues, including the festival’s downtown main stage Stubb’s, and Red River and Eastside staples Mohawk, Empire, Hotel Vegas, Elysium, Parish, Antone’s, and 13th Floor.

When and where can I purchase tickets?

If the shows are not sold out, tickets will also be available to purchase at the doors of each show. Most shows sell out each year, so we highly recommend buying in advance.

WHAT ARE THE TYPES OF TICKETS?

SINGLE SHOW TICKETS : $18-$55 + tax and fees

4 DAY PASS : $395 + tax and fees

Includes: Guaranteed access to all LEVITATION 2023 events at the following 5 venues: STUBB'S, FAR OUT, MOHAWK, EMPIRE, THE CONCOURSE PROJECT and HOTEL VEGAS.*

DELUXE 4 DAY PASS : $795 + tax and fees

Includes: Guaranteed access to all LEVITATION 2023 events at 9 venues: STUBB'S, FAR OUT, THE CONCOURSE PROJECT, MOHAWK, EMPIRE, HOTEL VEGAS, ELYSIUM, PARISH, and ANTONE'S.*
Late night shows at 13th Floor are subject to capacity.

Deluxe Upgrades at all four shows at Stubbs & The Far Out Lounge, which include:

*Guests must arrive to the venue within 1 hour of door times for guaranteed access. After the first hour, access may be subject to capacity, although during LEVITATION 2022 no one was turned away.

CAN I UPGRADE MY GENERAL ADMISSION TICKET TO A DELUXE TICKET?

Yes, as long as Deluxe Passes or Tickets are still available for the show you want to upgrade, we can process this for you. To upgrade, purchase your new ticket and contact us to request a refund for the original General Admission ticket. The full price of the original ticket including all fees will be refunded. To request a refund, submit a request to the Customer Support team HERE.

I WANT TO BUY A 4 DAY PASS, BUT I ALREADY BOUGHT A SINGLE DAY TICKET – CAN I UPGRADE?

Absolutely! Purchase your new 3 Day Pass contact us to request a refund of the original General Admission ticket. The full price of the original ticket including all fees will be refunded. To request a refund, submit a request to the Customer Support team HERE.

I CAN NO LONGER ATTEND, CAN I GET A REFUND?

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds. This is the industry standard for live music events – when you buy a ticket it’s yours to keep. If you would like to get rid of your ticket, you can use the Official Lyte Ticket Exchange HERE.

TICKETS ARE SOLD OUT TO THE SHOW I WANT TO GO TO. WHERE CAN I GET THEM?

There is one legitimate place for resold / 3rd party tickets, via the Official Lyte Ticket Exchange HERE.. Anything else may be a scam, please be wary of anything that sounds too good to be true! Bots and scammers run rampant on social media.

I WANT TO GIVE MY TICKET TO SOMEONE ELSE, HOW DO I DO THAT?

To transfer a ticket to another person, login to See Tickets and update the order with the new attendees information. For more information, visit this PAGE HERE.

CAN I LEAVE THE VENUES ONCE I ENTER?

If you are 21+, you will be able to leave the festival venues and return. If you are under 21, you cannot re-enter the venue after you leave. Access is subject to venue policy. Please visit the venue door staff if you plan to leave and return.

Are there any age restrictions?

LEVITATION is an ALL AGES event.

All attendees must present a valid ID.

Patrons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parental guardian.

Children 8 years old and under do not require a ticket to attend the show.

What are the accepted forms of ID?

– State Issued Driver’s License
– Passport
– US Uniformed Services ID Card
– Foreign Driver’s License
– Expired Driver’s License AND State-Issued Temporary (Paper) ID

Where can I park?

Metered on-street parking and private lot parking is available in the area. We strongly advise carpooling, ride sharing and taxis to make sure you get home safely!

Do you take credit or debit cards?

Yes, the venue be equipped to accept all traditional forms of payment.

IS LEVITATION ADA ACCESSIBLE?

Yes, and the exact accessibility specifications are venue-based. Please contact each venue for full details. Although the venue itself should be your first point of contact for any questions, the safety and enjoyment of our guests is of great importance to us both personally and as a business. Should you have any concerns and feel the need to contact us directly for any reason, please don’t hesitate to do so.

What about safety and medical needs?

If you need medical attention, please alert venue staff or member of security staff to assist you. In the event of an immediate safety concern or medical emergency, please call 9-1-1. A safe environment is a top priority for all of us in the Austin music community.

If you ever have an issue that you feel were not properly addressed or want to voice any concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us, anonymously or otherwise, as we’ll be respectful of your privacy regardless.

Can I bring a camera?

Disposable, small digital photography cameras will be allowed. No pro-cameras and removable lens cameras. No flash photography allowed. Audio and video recording devices are prohibited.

Additionally, please be respectful of other patrons and the artists when using your camera. Attendees who are not respectful of other attendees’ view and personal space will be asked to leave.

What can I bring and what is prohibited?

Rules and acceptable items may vary from venue to venue, but here’s a general list:

What’s ACCEPTABLE: Small purse, camera bags. Please remember, everyone is subject to search and photography policies can vary from artist to artist.

What’s PROHIBITED: No chairs, no music instruments or equipment, alcohol, outside food or drink (including sealed water bottles), weapons, firearms, projectiles including glowsticks, video recording equipment, tri-pods, audio recording equipment and unauthorized merchandise.

Any person attempting to enter the venues with any of the prohibited item(s) above will be refused access, or at the venue’s discretion, allowed to give up the prohibited item(s) before entry. Confiscated items will be disposed of or given away at the venue’s discretion.
