LEVITATION returns to Austin, Texas September 10–13, 2026, bringing another epic four-day weekend of music and art to the city’s Red River District, East Side venues, and beyond.


The 2026 lineup is an eclectic, genre-spanning showcase of psych rock, punk, metal, darkwave, indie rock, electronic music, and everything in between - a celebration of independent music and art from across generations.


The Far Out Lounge will serve as the festival’s central hub, featuring an expanded two-stage layout, while LEVITATION’s beloved late-night and club shows continue across Red River and throughout Austin.

Please read below for important information related to the festival including wristband pickup, door/show times, and other stuff you’ll wanna Know Before You Go!

The information below is specific to the main festival grounds at The Far Out Lounge. If you need info about a Downtown Venue, the best place to find that information is directly from the venue websites:

GETTING THERE

THE FAR OUT LOUNGE

NO GENERAL PARKING - There is no general parking at the venue, and public parking in the surrounding areas is very limited. We highly encourage folks to use alternate forms of transportation, especially if you are arriving closer to the evening hours.

RIDESHARE - Rideshare pickup and drop-off is at the northwest corner of the venue off South Congress and Ralph Ablanedo Dr. You can also get to the venue by bus, bike or carpool. PRO TIP - schedule your Uber, Lyft or other rideshare in advance!

PUBLIC TRANSPORT - You can take the 801 Rapid Bus from downtown, and there are three Park + Rides nearby: Southpark Meadows, South Congress and Westgate. Visit capmetro.org for more info and a trip planner to get you to Far Out from almost anywhere in the city.

VALET - A limited amount of paid valet parking is available for those arriving early. This lot fills up very fast, so we only recommend using this option if you are arriving around doors.

WRISTBAND PICKUP AND ENTRY

4-DAY WRISTBAND PICKUP (4-DAY PASS HOLDERS ONLY) - Wristband pickup starts at 5pm on Thursday, Sept 10 at The 13th Floor, 711 Red River St. in downtown Austin. Please have your digital (or printed) ticket ready to be scanned. Otherwise, you can pick up your pass on-site at Far Out Lounge beginning at 3:00pm on Friday, thirty minutes before doors.

WRISTBAND PICKUP AT FAR OUT - Doors and box office open at 3:30pm on Friday and Saturday, and 3:00pm on Sunday. Please have your ticket barcode pulled up on your phone or printed out before approaching the venue, and ready to scan when you get to the door. Search for "SeeTickets" in your email inbox, and you will find your tickets in the email body or in a PDF attachment at the bottom of the receipt email. If you are unable to locate your ticket, visit customer service at the entrance to be checked in with a photo ID.

GENERAL ADMISSION ENTRANCE - General Admission 3-Day and Single-Day ticket holders enter through the Main Entrance on the south side of the venue.

DELUXE & GUEST ENTRANCE - Deluxe 3-Day and Deluxe Single-Day ticket holders enter through the north entrance off Ralph Ablanedo Drive. This is also the entrance for all guests, media, press and other folks who are not regular ticket holders.

BAG POLICY - Small purse-size bags and record totes are OK. No standard backpacks or larger bags. See the full bag policy HERE.

REFUND POLICY - No refunds. When you buy a ticket, it’s yours to keep. Event is held rain or shine.

RE-ENTRY POLICY - Patrons who are over the age of 21 may leave and come back into the event.

AGE POLICY - All attendees must be 18+ to enter unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Children 8 years old and under do not require a ticket to attend the festival at Far Out Lounge. Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times. One child per adult. Appropriate ear protection is required for children.

ENTRY SEARCH - To ensure the safety and security of LEVITATION, all persons are subject to search - including pat-downs as a condition of entry and at any time throughout the event.

WATER - Yes! All venues will have free water available in addition to paid refreshments. Arrive hydrated and drink plenty of water throughout the day - it’s gonna be a long weekend!

PROTECT YOUR EARS - Don’t forget to bring earplugs! Protect your hearing for a long life of music enjoyment - we’ll have some at the merch booth if you forget yours.

ADA SUPPORT - Both GA and Deluxe customers needing ADA access should report to the Deluxe / Guest line. For service animal needs, please check the FAQ.

LOST AND FOUND - Lost items at the venue will be placed in storage at the venue for safekeeping. After the event, we will take any found items to our office for safekeeping. Contact us via email to see if we have your stuff! info@levitation.fm
