Luis Vasquez's darkwave/post-punk project, founded in Oakland in 2009. Across albums The Soft Moon, Zeros, Deeper, Criminal and Exister, The Soft Moon channeled Joy Division, NIN and Suicide into a singular industrial-tinged sound. Vasquez passed away in 2024.
