LEVITATION 2024 is held in Austin’s renowned Red River and East Side venues, including the festival’s downtown main stage Stubb’s, Mohawk, Empire, Hotel Vegas, Elysium, Parish, Antone’s, and 13th Floor - and the biggest shows of the weekend are happening at our South mainstay The Far Out Lounge (home of Austin Psych Fest!).

When and where can I purchase tickets?

Tickets are available now online HERE!

If the shows are not sold out, tickets will also be available to purchase at the doors of each show. Most shows sell out each year, so we highly recommend buying in advance.

WHAT ARE THE TYPES OF TICKETS?

SINGLE SHOW TICKETS : $20-$65 + tax and fees

4 DAY PASS : $395 + tax and fees

Includes: Guaranteed access to all LEVITATION 2024 events at the following venues: STUBB'S, FAR OUT, MOHAWK, EMPIRE, and HOTEL VEGAS.

DELUXE 4 DAY PASS : $795 + tax and fees

Includes: Guaranteed access to all LEVITATION 2024 events at nine venues: STUBB'S, FAR OUT, KINGDOM, MOHAWK, EMPIRE, HOTEL VEGAS, ELYSIUM, PARISH, and ANTONE'S.*
Late night shows at 13th Floor are subject to capacity.

An exclusive screen printed poster, only for DELUXE 4 DAY PASS holders.

Deluxe Upgrades at all four shows at Stubbs & The Far Out Lounge, which include:
– Access to exclusive lounge, private bar & elevated viewing platform at rear of venue
– Access to viewing area by front of venue (limited space available)
– Private bathrooms
– Express entry
– Complimentary food & non-alcoholic drinks

*Please note that shows at STUBBS and FAR OUT run simultaneously and that the venues are a 20-25 minute drive apart.

*Guests must arrive at the venue within 1 hour of door times for guaranteed access. After the first hour, access may be subject to capacity, although during LEVITATION 2023 no one was turned away.

SHOULD I RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?

Yes. If you do not see your order confirmation in your inbox, make sure to check your junk/spam folder. If you have not received your confirmation or are having any other technical ticketing-related issues with your order, contact our ticketing partner See Tickets.

I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH MY ORDER – WHERE CAN I GET HELP?

CAN I UPGRADE MY GENERAL ADMISSION TICKET TO A DELUXE TICKET?

Yes, as long as Deluxe Passes or Tickets are still available for the show you want to upgrade, we can process this for you. To upgrade, purchase your new ticket and contact us to request a refund for the original General Admission ticket. The full price of the original ticket including all fees will be refunded. To request a refund, submit a request to the Customer Support team HERE.

I WANT TO BUY A 4 DAY PASS, BUT I ALREADY BOUGHT A SINGLE DAY TICKET – CAN I UPGRADE?

Absolutely! Purchase your new 4 Day Pass and contact us to request a refund of the original General Admission ticket. The full price of the original ticket including all fees will be refunded. To request a refund, submit a request to the Customer Support team HERE.

I CAN NO LONGER ATTEND, CAN I GET A REFUND?

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds. This is the industry standard for live music events – when you buy a ticket it’s yours to keep. If you would like to get rid of your ticket, you can use the Official Lyte Ticket Exchange HERE.

TICKETS ARE SOLD OUT TO THE SHOW I WANT TO GO TO. WHERE CAN I GET THEM?

There is one legitimate place for resold / third party tickets, via the Official Lyte Ticket Exchange HERE.. Anything else may be a scam, please be wary of anything that sounds too good to be true! Bots and scammers run rampant on social media.

I WANT TO GIVE MY TICKET TO SOMEONE ELSE, HOW DO I DO THAT?

To transfer a ticket to another person, login to See Tickets and update the order with the new attendees information. For more information, visit this PAGE HERE.

CAN I LEAVE THE VENUES ONCE I ENTER?

If you are 21+, you will be able to leave the festival venues and return. If you are under 21, you cannot re-enter the venue after you leave. Access is subject to venue policy. Please visit the venue door staff if you plan to leave and return.

Are there any age restrictions?

Most LEVITATION shows are ALL AGES events, however shows at 13th Floor, Hotel Vegas, and Kingdom are 21+.

All attendees must present a valid ID.

Patrons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parental guardian.

Children 8 years old and under do not require a ticket to attend the show.

What are the accepted forms of ID?

– State Issued Driver’s License
– Passport
– US Uniformed Services ID Card
– Foreign Driver’s License
– Expired Driver’s License AND State-Issued Temporary (Paper) ID

Where can I park?

Metered on-street parking and private lot parking is available in the area. We strongly advise carpooling, ride sharing and taxis to make sure you get home safely!

Do you take credit or debit cards?

Yes, the venue will be equipped to accept all traditional forms of payment.

IS LEVITATION ADA ACCESSIBLE?

Yes, and the exact accessibility specifications are venue-based. Please contact each venue for full details. Although the venue itself should be your first point of contact for any questions, the safety and enjoyment of our guests is of great importance to us both personally and as a business. Should you have any concerns and feel the need to contact us directly for any reason, please don’t hesitate to do so.

What about safety and medical needs?

If you need medical attention, please alert venue staff or member of security staff to assist you. In the event of an immediate safety concern or medical emergency, please call 9-1-1. A safe environment is a top priority for all of us in the Austin music community.

If you ever have an issue that you feel was not properly addressed or want to voice any concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us, anonymously or otherwise, as we’ll be respectful of your privacy regardless.

Can I bring a camera?

Disposable, small digital photography cameras will be allowed. No pro-cameras and removable lens cameras. No flash photography allowed. Audio and video recording devices are prohibited.

Additionally, please be respectful of other patrons and the artists when using your camera. Attendees who are not respectful of other attendees’ views and personal space will be asked to leave.

What can I bring and what is prohibited?

Rules and acceptable items may vary from venue to venue, but here’s a general list:

What’s ACCEPTABLE: Small purse, camera bags. Please remember, everyone is subject to search and photography policies can vary from artist to artist.

What’s PROHIBITED: No chairs, no music instruments or equipment, alcohol, outside food or drink (including sealed water bottles), weapons, firearms, projectiles including glow sticks, video recording equipment, tripods, audio recording equipment and unauthorized merchandise.

Any person attempting to enter the venues with any of the prohibited item(s) above will be refused access, or at the venue’s discretion, allowed to give up the prohibited item(s) before entry. Confiscated items will be disposed of or given away at the venue’s discretion.
