LEVITATION is here, the weather for the weekend looks awesome, and we're so stoked to see everyone! We've gathered up everything you need to Know Before You Go!

Please read below for important information related to the festival including wristband pick up, door/show times, and other key information!

The information below is specific to the main festival grounds at Palmer Events Center. If you need info about a Night Show venue, the best place to find that information is directly from the venue websites:

FESTIVAL PASSES
General Admission Passes tickets are still available for each day of the festival. Deluxe Passes have sold out. Guarantee your spot and BUY ONLINE HERE. or you can buy them at the festival box office in person. The box office opens at 1pm on Friday, and 2pm on Saturday and Sunday.

NIGHT SHOW TICKETS Some Night Shows have already sold out or will soon. Guarantee your spot by buying ahead of time - BUY ONLINE HERE. Not all venues will be equipped to sell tickets at the door - plan to buy your tix online for the Night Shows. Check doors times per show for Night Shows.



GETTING THERE

PALMER EVENTS CENTER
900 Barton Springs Rd,
Austin, Texas 78704

PARKING - The venue has a four-story, 1,200-space garage, right next to the venue. It has two entrances, one on Riverside Dr. and another on Barton Springs Rd. PRO TIP: If there is any traffic, enter on Riverside.

There is overflow parking located at the One Texas Center Parking Garage at the southeast corner of Barton Springs Road and South 1st Street. No overnight parking.

RIDESHARE - Rideshare pickup and drop off is at the South West corner of the venue off Barton Springs Rd. PRO TIP - schedule your Uber, Lyft or other rideshare in advance!

BIKES - There are bike racks by the North and South entrances of the parking garage.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT - Palmer Events Center is right in the center of the city and these bus lines will take you to it: 10, 105, 3, 30, and 7. Visit capmetro.org for more info on those and a trip planner to get you to LEV’25 from almost anywhere in the city.



WRISTBAND PICKUP AND ENTRY


EARLY WRISTBAND PICKUP - PRO TIP: Pick up your wristband early for expedited entry through the festival gates! Early wristband pickup is available at The 13th Floor on 711 Red River St. in downtown Austin:

WED SEPT 24 - 5-9pm
THU SEPT 25 - 5-9pm

Wristbands are available for all 3 Day and Single Day Wristbands.

Please have your digital (or printed) ticket ready to be scanned. Otherwise you can pick up your pass on-site at the festival. *** Don’t forget, if you have a Deluxe 3 Day Pass and want to go to the Boy Harsher show at Stubb’s on SEPT 25 - you need to pick up your pass first!

FESTIVAL WRISTBAND PICKUP - You can also pick up your wristbands at the Levitation Box Office at Palmer Events Center each day Friday, Sept 26 through Sunday, Sept 28.

BOX OFFICE HOURS - Doors and box office open at 2pm on Friday and 1pm on Saturday & Sunday.

PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS - Please have your ticket barcode pulled up on your phone or printed out before approaching the venue, and ready to scan when you get to the box office. Search for "See Tickets" in your email inbox, and you will find your tickets in the email body or in a PDF attachment at the bottom of the receipt email. If you are unable to locate your ticket, go to the box office for help.

GENERAL ADMISSION ENTRANCE - Once wristbanded, General Admission 3-Day and Single-Day ticket holders enter through the main entrance on the South side of the venue.

DELUXE & GUEST ENTRANCE - Once wristbanded, Deluxe 3 Day and Deluxe Single Day ticket holders enter from the expedited line at the main entrance on the South side of the venue. This is also the entrance that all guests, media, press and other folks who are not a regular ticket holder should go to.

BAG POLICY - Small purse size bags and fanny packs are ok. No backpacks, larger bags, or bags with lots of pockets. Single pocket record tote bags are ok - and available for sale inside the event. Full details available HERE

PROHIBITED ITEMS - Check the full list of what you CANNOT BRING to the festival HERE.

ENTRY SEARCH - To ensure the safety and security of Levitation, all persons are subject to search- including magnetometer screening and pat-downs- as a condition of entry and at any time throughout the event.

REFUND POLICY - No refunds, when you buy a ticket it’s yours to keep. Event is held rain or shine.

RE-ENTRY POLICY - Patrons who are over the age of 21 may leave and come back into the event.

ALL AGES - All attendees must be 18+ to enter, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Children 8 years old and under do not require a ticket to attend the festival at Palmer Event Center. Children must be accompanied by a parental guardian at all times. One child per adult. Must have appropriate ear protection.

PROTECT YOUR EARS - Don’t forget to bring ear plugs! Protect your hearing for a long life of music enjoyment - we’ll have some at the merch booth if you forget yours.

For the safety of all attendees, your bag will be searched. To keep the line moving quickly, be a minimalist, so that security doesn’t have to search through a bunch of your stuff!

NIGHT SHOWS

On Thursday night and after the fest at Palmer all weekend - head out for more music in Austin's downtown clubs and beyond! The music ends at 10:30pm at Palmer FRI-SUN - and most Night Show headliners play well after that so you can catch both. Times posted below are subject to change, but unlikely to.

WHEN AND WHERE IS LEVITATION?

SEPT 25-28, 2025 - Austin, Texas.

LEVITATION 2025 will host three days of music on two stages at Palmer Events Center in downtown Austin, plus Night Shows after the fest in clubs and venues including Stubb’s, Mohawk, Elysium, Kingdom, 29th St Ballroom, 13th Floor and more.

When and where can I purchase tickets?

Tickets are available now online HERE

If they are not sold out, festival passes and tickets will also be available to purchase at the doors of each show. Many shows sell out each year, so we highly recommend buying in advance.


WHAT ARE THE TYPES OF TICKETS?

NIGHT SHOW TICKETS : $20-$45 + tax and fees


Festival Passes use all-in pricing, so there are no additional fees during checkout other than sales tax.

GA 3 DAY PASS : $299.50 + tax sales
GA 1 DAY PASS : $109.50 + tax sales
DELUXE 3 DAY PASS : $499.50 + tax sales
DELUXE 1 DAY PASS : $219.50 + tax sales

WHAT SHOULD I KNOW ABOUT THESE TICKETS?

Here are our standard terms and conditions for all ticket purchases:

- All shows are held rain or shine.
- Please bring your ticket (printed or digital) and a valid ID.
- Set times and full lineups will be posted closer to the event, and are ubject to change.
- Tickets not obtained through official channels may be stolen, counterfeit or invalid, in which case they will not be honored.
- No refunds, your ticket is yours to keep.

SHOULD I RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?

Yes. If you do not see your order confirmation in your inbox, make sure to check your junk/spam folder. If you have not received your confirmation or are having any other technical ticketing-related issues with your order, contact our ticketing partner .

I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH MY ORDER – WHERE CAN I GET HELP?

CAN I UPGRADE MY GENERAL ADMISSION TICKET TO A DELUXE TICKET?

Yes, as long as Deluxe Passes or Tickets are still available for the show you want to upgrade, we can process this for you. To upgrade, purchase your new ticket and contact us to request a refund for the original General Admission ticket. The full price of the original ticket including all fees will be refunded. To request a refund, submit a request to the Customer Support team .

I WANT TO BUY A 3 DAY PASS, BUT I ALREADY BOUGHT A SINGLE DAY TICKET – CAN I UPGRADE?

Absolutely! Purchase your new 4 Day Pass and contact us to request a refund of the original General Admission ticket. The full price of the original ticket including all fees will be refunded. To request a refund, submit a request to the Customer Support team .

I CAN NO LONGER ATTEND, CAN I GET A REFUND?

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds. This is the industry standard for live music events – when you buy a ticket it’s yours to keep. You can find more info below on how you can securely exchange your ticket through TIXEL, our official ticket exchange partner.

TICKETS ARE SOLD OUT TO THE SHOW I WANT TO GO TO. WHERE CAN I GET THEM?

The official Ticket Exchange will open soon - and we'll post it here. Anything else may be a scam, please be wary of anything that sounds too good to be true! Bots and scammers run rampant on social media.

I WANT TO GIVE MY TICKET TO SOMEONE ELSE, HOW DO I DO THAT?

To transfer a ticket to another person, login to See Tickets and update the order with the new attendees information. For more information, visit this page HERE.

What can I bring and what is prohibited?

Rules and acceptable items may vary from venue to venue, but here’s a general list applicable at all locations below. We will post Palmer Events Center specific FAQ info closer to the event.

What’s ACCEPTABLE: Small purse, camera bags. Please remember, everyone is subject to search and photography policies can vary from artist to artist.

What’s PROHIBITED: NO chairs, music instruments or equipment, alcohol, outside food or drink (including sealed water bottles), weapons, firearms, projectiles including glow sticks, video recording equipment, tripods, audio recording equipment and unauthorized merchandise.


CAN I LEAVE THE VENUES ONCE I ENTER?

If you are 21+, you will be able to leave the festival venues and return. If you are under 21, you cannot re-enter the venue after you leave. Access is subject to venue policy. Please visit the venue door staff if you plan to leave and return.

Are there any age restrictions?

Most LEVITATION shows are ALL AGES events, however shows at NIGHT SHOW venues The 13th Floor and Kingdom are 21+ only.

All attendees must present a valid ID.

Patrons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parental guardian.

Children 8 years old and under do not require a ticket to attend the festival at Palmer Event Center. Children must be accompanied by a parental guardian at all times. One child per adult.

What are the accepted forms of ID?

– State Issued Driver’s License
– Passport
– US Uniformed Services ID Card
– Foreign Driver’s License
– Expired Driver’s License AND State-Issued Temporary (Paper) ID

Where can I park?

PALMER PARKING

There is a large paid lot directly adjacent to Palmer Event Center, and other lots close by. We strongly advise carpooling, ride sharing and taxis to make sure you get home safely!

NIGHT SHOW PARKING

Metered on-street parking and private lot parking is available in the downtown area. We strongly advise carpooling, ride sharing and taxis to make sure you get home safely!

Do you take credit or debit cards?

Yes, the venue will be equipped to accept all traditional forms of payment.

IS LEVITATION ADA ACCESSIBLE?

Yes, and the exact accessibility specifications are venue-based. Please email us to advance your needs and we will connect you with the appropriate person at the venue. Although the venue staff will be your first point of contact, the safety and enjoyment of our guests is of great importance to us. Should you have any concerns and feel the need to contact us directly for any reason, please don’t hesitate to do so.

What about safety and medical needs?

If you need medical attention, please alert venue staff or member of security staff to assist you. In the event of an immediate safety concern or medical emergency, please call 9-1-1. A safe environment is a top priority for all of us in the Austin music community.

If you ever have an issue that you feel was not properly addressed or want to voice any concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us, anonymously or otherwise, as we’ll be respectful of your privacy regardless.

Can I bring a camera?

Disposable, small digital photography cameras will be allowed. No pro-cameras and removable lens cameras. No flash photography allowed. Audio and video recording devices are prohibited.

Additionally, please be respectful of other patrons and the artists when using your camera. Attendees who are not respectful of other attendees’ views and personal space will be asked to leave.

What is Tixel?

Tixel is a safe and transparent event marketplace that allows fans to easily exchange tickets.

How do I list my ticket on Tixel?

Head to https://tixel.com/sell and follow the prompts.

What if I've already found a buyer? Can I exchange my ticket privately on Tixel?

Yes. During the listing process, select the option to make the listing private. Only people who have your unique ticket link will be able to buy your ticket.

How do I join the waitlist on Tixel?

Head to TIXEL and select “Join the Waitlist”. You can then pre-authorize payment for your preferred ticket types or simply sign up to receive alerts for when tickets become available.

Setting up an auto-purchase on Tixel

To give yourself the best chance of getting a ticket you can set up an auto-purchase on Tixel by clicking ‘join the waitlist’ then ‘set up auto-purchase’. Select the ticket you want, the quantity and then the price you are willing to pay up to a maximum of 20% above the original face value. If another fan lists a ticket, you'll automatically purchase it if your price matches theirs. You can choose when your auto-purchase expires, and your card won't be charged after that.

How do I buy a ticket on Tixel?

Head to TIXEL and select the ticket type you’re looking for. Here, you can safely purchase tickets from other fans. If no tickets are available, you can join the waitlist and pre-authorize payment or set up alerts for when tickets become available.

How do I download my ticket?

Login to Tixel, go to the Purchased Tickets section in your account, and download the ticket.

How do I get help?

Head to tixel.com/help and follow the prompts to access Tixel’s help center articles or select “Get in touch” to contact Tixel’s support team directly.
