Chicago noise rock quartet of David Yow, David Wm. Sims, Duane Denison and Mac McNeilly, formed in 1987. Across albums Goat, Liar and Down, The Jesus Lizard delivered some of the most physically threatening, viscerally bracing rock of the 90s underground. Reunited in 2018.
