Chaz Bear's genre-fluid solo project, founded in South Carolina in 2008 and central to the early chillwave movement. Across Causers of This, Anything in Return, Outer Peace and Hole Erth, Bear has moved through chillwave, indie pop, hip-hop, funk, hyperpop and back, always landing on his feet.
