When and where is LEVITATION 2022?

LEVITATION will be held October 27-30, 2022. 

The festival will be held at multiple venues and locations in downtown Austin’s Red River Cultural District and East Side – all within a short walking distance of each other.

What are LEVITATION 2022 COVID-19 policies?

At this point, there are no Proof of Vaccine and Negative Test requirements in place for Levitation 2022 shows. If the situation changes, the requirements utilized in 2021 may be reinstated. Therefore, anyone buying a ticket to a Levitation 2022 event should be prepared for those requirements:

 
We will be unable to provide refunds to anyone unable to meet those requirements in the case they are reinstated.

When and where can I purchase tickets?

Tickets are available now online HERE!

If the shows are not sold out, tickets will also be available to purchase at the doors of each show. Most shows sell out each year so we highly recommend buying in advance.

WHAT ARE THE TYPES OF TICKETS?

The are four types of tickets available for purchase:

SINGLE SHOW TICKETS - $25-48.50

– General Admission access per show 

STUBBS 4 DAY PASSES

LEVITATION 4 DAY PASS

- Choose from a Stubbs 4 Day Pass just for shows at our main stage venue Stubbs OR get a Levitation 4 Day Pass which covers you for most shows across the weekend!

Where & when can I pick up STUBBS 4 DAY PASS and LEVITATION 4 DAY PASS pass wristbands?

Wristband pickup instructions will be posted at a later date. Bring your valid ID and your Eventbrite order confirmation via print out or on your mobile device.

SHOULD I RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?

Yes. If you do not see your order confirmation in your inbox, make sure to check your junk/spam folder. If you have not received your confirmation or are having any other technical ticketing-related issues with your order, contact our ticketing partner Eventbrite.

I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH MY ORDER – WHERE CAN I GET HELP?

For all issues regarding ticket orders, please read Eventbrite’s TICKET PAGE in their HELP section. If you still have questions, please contact Eventbrite directly through their Customer Service/ Help Portal. Be sure to have your ticket confirmation number ready.

Can I upgrade my General Admission Stubb’s ticket to a Deluxe Stubb’s Ticket?

Yes, as long as Deluxe Tickets are still available for the show you want to upgrade, we can process this for you. To upgrade, purchase your new ticket and contact us to request a refund for the original General Admission ticket. The full price of the original ticket including all fees will be refunded. To request a refund, follow the instructions HERE.

I want to buy a 4 Day Stubb’s pass, but I already bought tickets to one of the shows – can I upgrade?

Absolutely! Purchase your 4 Day Stubb’s Pass and contact us to request a refund the original General Admission ticket. The full price of the original ticket including all fees will be refunded. To request a refund, follow the instructions HERE.

I CAN NO LONGER ATTEND, CAN I GET A REFUND?

No refunds or exchanges allowed. This is the industry standard for live music events – when you buy a ticket it’s yours to keep. If you would like to get rid of your ticket, you can use the Official Lyte Ticket Exchange.

TICKETS ARE SOLD OUT TO THE SHOW I WANT TO GO TO. WHERE CAN I GET THEM?

There is one legitimate place for resold / 3rd party tickets, via the Official Lyte Ticket Exchange.. Anything else may be a scam, please be wary of anything that sounds too good to be true! Bots and scammers run rampant on social media.

I WANT TO GIVE MY TICKET TO SOMEONE ELSE, HOW DO I DO THAT?

To transfer a ticket to another person, login to Eventbrite and update the order with the new attendees information. For more information, visit this PAGE.

*Please note, to prevent scalping, 4 DAY PASSES ARE non-transferable. 

CAN I LEAVE THE VENUES ONCE I ENTER?

If you are 21+, you will be able to leave the festival venues and return. If you are under 21, you cannot re-enter the venue after you leave. Access is subject to venue policies. Please visit the venue door staff if you plan to leave and return so they can stamp your hand or give you a wristband for re-entry.

Are there any age restrictions?

All ticketed events are ALL AGES, unless otherwise noted.

Shows at HOTEL VEGAS and ANTONE'S are 21+.

All attendees must present a valid ID. At Stubb’s, children under 5 years old do not require a ticket to attend the show.

What are the accepted forms of ID?

– State Issued Driver’s License
– Passport
– US Uniformed Services ID Card
– Foreign Driver’s License
– Expired Driver’s License AND State-Issued Temporary (Paper) ID

Where can I park?

Metered on-street parking and private lot parking is available in the area. We strongly advise carpooling, ride sharing and taxis to make sure you get home safely!

Do you take credit or debit cards?

Yes, all venues should be equipped to accept all traditional forms of payment and plenty of ATMs will be available in the area.

Will alcohol be available at each event?

With few exceptions, such as church shows and special event spaces, all venues will have beverages for sale. All venues reserve the right to stop service to anyone they believe to be intoxicated, and there is 0 tolerance for giving alcohol to anyone under 21, or bringing in outside beverages.

Is LEVITATION ADA accessible?

Yes, and the exact accessibility specifications are venue-based. Please contact each venue for full details. Although the venue itself should be your first point of contact for any questions, the safety and enjoyment of our guests is of great importance to us both personally and as a business. Should you have any concerns and feel the need to contact us directly for any reason, please don’t hesitate to do so.

What about safety and medical needs?

If you need medical attention, please alert venue staff or member of security staff to assist you. In the event of an immediate safety concern or medical emergency, please call 9-1-1. A safe environment is a top priority for all of us in the Austin music community. If you ever have an issue that you feel were not properly addressed or want to voice any concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us, anonymously or otherwise, as we’ll be respectful of your privacy regardless.

Can I bring a camera?

Disposable, small digital photography and removable lens cameras will be allowed. No flash photography allowed. Audio and video recording devices are prohibited.

Additionally, please be respectful of other patrons and the artists when using your camera. Attendees who are not respectful of other attendees’ view and personal space will be asked to leave.

What can I bring and what is prohibited?

Rules and acceptable items may vary from venue to venue, but here’s a general list:

What’s ACCEPTABLE: Small purse or backpack, cameras. Please remember, everyone is subject to search and photography policies can vary from artist to artist.

What’s PROHIBITED: Anything illegal, alcohol, outside food or drink (including sealed water bottles), weapons, firearms, projectiles including glowsticks, video recording equipment, tri-pods, audio recording equipment and unauthorized merchandise.
Any person attempting to enter the venues with any of the prohibited item(s) above will be refused access, or at the venue’s discretion, allowed to give up the prohibited item(s) before entry. Confiscated items will be disposed of or given away at the venue’s discretion.
