LEVITATION returns to Austin, Texas September 10–13, 2026, bringing another epic four-day weekend of music and art to the city’s Red River District, East Side venues, and beyond.
The 2026 lineup is an eclectic, genre-spanning showcase of psych rock, punk, metal, darkwave, indie rock, electronic music, and everything in between - a celebration of independent music and art from across generations.
Radio/East will serve as the festival’s central hub, featuring an expanded two-stage layout, while LEVITATION’s beloved late-night and club shows continue across Red River and throughout Austin.

LEVITATION 2026 will host four days of music on two stages at RADIO/EAST plus Night Shows after the fest in clubs and venues including Stubb’s, Mohawk, Elysium, Kingdom, 29th St Ballroom, 13th Floor and more.

If they are not sold out, festival passes and tickets will also be available to purchase at the doors of each show. Many shows sell out each year, so we highly recommend buying in advance.

Yes, as long as Deluxe Passes or Tickets are still available for the show you want to upgrade, we can process this for you. To upgrade, purchase your new ticket and contact us to request a refund for the original General Admission ticket. The full price of the original ticket including all fees will be refunded. Rules and acceptable items may vary from venue to venue, but here’s a general list applicable at all locations below.
What’s ACCEPTABLE: Small purse, camera bags. Please remember, everyone is subject to search and photography policies can vary from artist to artist.
What’s PROHIBITED: NO chairs, music instruments or equipment, alcohol, outside food or drink (including sealed water bottles), weapons, firearms, projectiles including glow sticks, video recording equipment, tripods, audio recording equipment and unauthorized merchandise.
If you are 21+, you will be able to leave the festival venues and return. If you are under 21, you cannot re-enter the venue after you leave. Access is subject to venue policy. Please visit the venue door staff if you plan to leave and return.
Most LEVITATION shows are ALL AGES events, however shows at NIGHT SHOW venues The 13th Floor and Kingdom are 21+ only.
All attendees must present a valid ID.
Patrons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parental guardian.
Children 8 years old and under do not require a ticket to attend the festival at RADIO/EAST. Children must be accompanied by a parental guardian at all times. One child per adult.

NIGHT SHOW PARKING
Metered on-street parking and private lot parking is available in the downtown area. We strongly advise carpooling, ride sharing and taxis to make sure you get home safely!

Although the venue staff will be your first point of contact, the safety and enjoyment of our guests is of great importance to us. Should you have any concerns and feel the need to contact us directly for any reason, please don’t hesitate to do so.

Levitation has a strict no-pet policy, with exceptions only for service animals as specified by federal and state law.
Due to large-scale service animal fraud and for the safety of our patrons, staff, and other service animals, all animals which do not meet the legal standards will not be allowed into the festival grounds. All service animals must be registered at the entrance gates. Please note, dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support are not considered service animals by the ADA and and will not be allowed. For more info, visit ada.gov
Disposable, small digital photography cameras will be allowed. No pro-cameras and removable lens cameras. No flash photography allowed. Audio and video recording devices are prohibited.
Additionally, please be respectful of other patrons and the artists when using your camera. Attendees who are not respectful of other attendees’ views and personal space will be asked to leave.

What if I've already found a buyer? Can I exchange my ticket privately on Tixel?
Yes. During the listing process, select the option to make the listing private. Only people who have your unique ticket link will be able to buy your ticket.
How do I join the waitlist on Tixel?
Head to TIXEL and select “Join the Waitlist”. You can then pre-authorize payment for your preferred ticket types or simply sign up to receive alerts for when tickets become available.
Setting up an auto-purchase on Tixel
To give yourself the best chance of getting a ticket you can set up an auto-purchase on Tixel by clicking ‘join the waitlist’ then ‘set up auto-purchase’. Select the ticket you want, the quantity and then the price you are willing to pay up to a maximum of 20% above the original face value. If another fan lists a ticket, you'll automatically purchase it if your price matches theirs. You can choose when your auto-purchase expires, and your card won't be charged after that.
How do I buy a ticket on Tixel?
Head to TIXEL and select the ticket type you’re looking for. Here, you can safely purchase tickets from other fans. If no tickets are available, you can join the waitlist and pre-authorize payment or set up alerts for when tickets become available.
