What is the Levitation Record Club?
Levitation Record Club is a subscription program curated by Levitation that delivers vinyl on a schedule you choose, plus member perks like free shipping, discounts, swaps (on eligible plans), and access to exclusives.
What are the membership options?
You can choose from three tiers:
Heavy Rotation – Essentials at your pace (monthly / bi-monthly / quarterly)
Record of the Month – A curated monthly pick + swap option
RVRB Chamber – Premium quarterly bundles for VIPs/collectors

When will I be billed?
On your plan’s billing date (monthly or quarterly depending on the tier). Your confirmation email will include the exact date.

When will my first shipment arrive?
Timing depends on the current month’s selection and fulfillment window. You’ll receive tracking once your package ships.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel anytime (your current billing/shipment rules apply*). Cancel through your customer portal.
*Once a Record of the Month selection has been processed, it can not be cancelled. A cancellation would apply to the next month.

Can I change tiers later?
Yes, members can upgrade/downgrade between tiers (timing depends on billing cycle).

What if my record arrives damaged?
If your record arrives damaged, contact support with photos and your order info. We’ll make it right based on our replacement policy.
